Pricing depends on the linear footage around your pool, the fence height, and the number of gates. All jobs start at a minimum of $1,350 (includes 1 gate). As footage increases you get better per-foot rates — approximately $25/ft for most standard residential pools. Jobs at the $1,350 minimum are fixed-price with no adjustments after installation. When you complete the full online process — estimate, digital signature, and calendar scheduling — a $150 discount is automatically applied to your quote. This discount is only available for online bookings, not phone or email bookings. It is shown as a line item on your estimate.

You pay only upon completion of the installation. We do not collect deposits, and there is no payment required to schedule your installation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the completed work, we want to know before you pay. Our policy is simple: you pay when the job is done right.

No. Your estimate shows every line item: fence footage, height, gate count, and your online booking discount. The only variable between the estimate and final price is if the on-site measurement differs from the aerial measurement — which occasionally happens with complex yard shapes. Any difference is discussed with you before work begins.

The online estimate is based on aerial measurement and is highly accurate for most standard pool shapes. It includes an approximate 3-foot offset from the pool edge to the fence line. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site measurement before any work begins. We've found the aerial estimate typically comes within 5–10% of the final measurement.

We require no deposit whatsoever. You pay only after installation is complete and you are satisfied with the work. This is our core promise: you have zero financial risk before the job is done. There is nothing to pay to schedule your installation, and nothing to pay while we are on-site. Payment is collected only at the end, when the fence is up and you have inspected it.

Height and code compliance are the main differences. A 5 ft (60-inch) fence meets Arizona's standalone barrier requirement under ARS §36-1681 without needing additional safety features. A 4 ft (48-inch) fence is permitted when paired with self-latching gates on every home door accessing the pool area. Pricing-wise, 5 ft fence costs slightly more per linear foot because of the additional mesh material, and the 5 ft gate is $525 vs. $475 for the 4 ft gate. Your price adjusts down proportionally. The online estimator uses aerial imagery and is highly accurate, but on-site measurements occasionally differ slightly due to complex yard geometry. If the final measured footage is less than the estimate, you pay the lower amount — always. If it comes in higher, we discuss the difference with you before any work begins. You are never surprised with a higher bill after the fence is installed.

Yes. We repair and replace existing pool fences — whether installed by us or someone else. Common repairs include replacing worn gate latches and self-closing mechanisms, replacing damaged or sagging mesh panels, re-anchoring loose poles, and full mesh replacement on older fences. In many cases a repair costs significantly less than a full replacement. Yes. You or another adult should be present at the start of the installation so Michael can walk the perimeter with you and confirm the fence line placement. You'll also want to be present at completion to inspect the work and make payment.

Small anchor sleeves (approximately 1 inch diameter) are drilled into your pool deck every few feet. The fence poles insert into these sleeves. The holes are clean and minimal — much smaller than you might expect. When the fence is removed, the sleeves remain flush with the deck and are barely noticeable.

Reinstallation is just as fast because the sleeves are already in place.

We provide a lifetime warranty on all metallic hardware — poles, sleeve anchors, gate fittings, and latch hardware. These components are covered for the life of the fence against defects in materials and workmanship. The mesh panels carry a separate manufacturer warranty. If any covered hardware fails under normal use, we will replace it at no charge.

Our gates use a self-closing, self-latching mechanism. When released, the gate automatically swings closed and latches. The latch requires an adult to operate — it cannot be opened by a child reaching through or under the fence. We test every latch before leaving the job site. A latch that does not close reliably is unacceptable.

Most pools require one gate — placed at the primary access point from the house to the pool. Some pools benefit from two gates if there are two access points, or if you want a dedicated service/maintenance entry. The online estimator starts with 1 gate and lets you add more. Our gate latches are specifically designed to be child-resistant. The mechanism requires deliberate adult hand strength and motion to release. That said, no gate latch is a substitute for supervision. The fence and gate together create a barrier that buys time — they are one layer of a multi-layer approach to pool safety.

A 4ft standard gate is $475. A 5ft premium gate is $525 — a $50 surcharge over the standard gate. Gates are priced per unit. The estimate includes your chosen gate height automatically when you select 4ft or 5ft fence height.

A self-latching gate is one that automatically swings closed and locks itself every time it is released — no manual re-latching required. Our gates are spring-loaded to close and use a latch mechanism that requires deliberate adult hand strength to open, making it child-resistant. Arizona pool code requires that pool barrier gates be self-closing and self-latching. Every gate we install is tested before we leave the job site to confirm reliable operation.
